A Pretty-Much-Daily Yogurt Parfait

1/2 c. lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 c. frozen peach slices (or frozen berries) (or fresh pineapple)
1/4 c. Special K Granola

The granola isn't put on until the last minute before eating.

245 calories. And it tastes like lots more.
